Acid bomb on Funserver

1) Added acid bomb.
It's some kind of alien grenade, but weaker than human grenade. Acid bomb can use only basilisk, he have only one per life and it cost one evo.

2) cg_bounceparticles is turned on, you can turn it off by "cg_bounceparticles 2". When is this turned on, things bouncing of walls (acid from acidtube, empty bullets, flesh from aliens, pieces from destroyed buildings and blood will stay on walls).
