We have new website with more functions. Mainly admins can change their vote anytime and there is one more option with name "dunno".
Next, all admins must be active. So, admin level 6 must post comment for every new application here and admin level 7 must vote for every new application here. If no, his admin level will be removed and his account here blocked.
I hope that will make our voting system working on 100% and it will kick out inactive admins.
